Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by 5:00 pm on August 3, 2012 to receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. Substitutions will be allowed by colleagues with the same organization address. Any questions about the registration policy should be directed towards a conference contact.
Wardrobe Policy:
Trainees are encouraged to come dressed for the training wearing their favorite emergency gear. Jeans or business casual are also acceptable attire. You might want to bring a sweater for temperature control.

N.W. 4th St. and turn right. Then left onto
Research Pkwy.
From The North: Take I-235 south to N. 6th
St. exit. Exit on N. 6th St. (exit 1F) toward
downtown. Go to Oklahoma Ave. and turn
left, then to N.E. 4th St. and turn left. At
Research Pkwy., turn left.
From The South: Take I-235 north to Harrison Ave. exit. Exit on Harrison (exit 1E) toward downtown. Take Research Pkwy./N.E. 8th St ramp, go to Research Pkwy.
From I-40 Eastbound: Take exit 151A toward Lincoln Blvd. Go to S. Byers Ave. and turn right. Byers becomes S. Lincoln Blvd. From Lincoln, go to N.E. 4th St. and turn left. At Research Pkwy., turn right.
From I-40 Westbound: Merge onto I-235 north (exit 126) toward Oklahoma Health
Center/State Capitol/Edmond. Take the
Harrison Ave. exit. Exit on Harrison 1E
toward downtown. Take Research Pkwy./N.E. 8th St. ramp, go to Research Pkwy.
